In 1994 I bumped into her at Kings County Hospital while wondering from my assigned floor. I accompanied her to her room where we talked for hours. Upon returning back to my assigned floor, the nurse that was assigned to me was furious because she did not know my whereabouts and was about to report me missing. We had good times conversing over the years especially while she was residing at Rutland Road. You can always stop at her place unannounced and she welcomes you with open arms. POEM: God saw you getting tired, When a cure was not to be. So he wrapped his arms around you, and whispered, "come to me". You didn't deserve what you went through. So he gave you rest. God's garden must be beautiful, He only take the best. And when I saw you sleeping, So peaceful and free from pain, I could not wish you back to suffer again. "You are FREE DENISE"

wow wow wow,sometimes i just have to ask why,but god knows best.you've done all your best you've made sure your kids had it all,you took care of me and many.it hurts so much now that you're gone,just to walk in your house and not hear or see you,its sad you know but god took you for a special reason for you to shine down on plenty others.i will never forget the day me and desiree was in the bathroom with the tea bags you catch us n beat us lol.you surely will be missed ms.denise known as mommynow you can enjoy your kingdom better as you are known as a queen there and here love you....

Its so hard to believe that your gone. Im still waiting for you to come in the house and say that your back from shopping or something. You have done all you could do and more. Boy it's unbelievable that mums aka ms.Denise gone. This woman is so amazing she has some amazing kids. Who I will never forget. Every time I would come to the house she would. Call. Me and say. Aye come here you beg yuh twenty dollar lol. Just the look on her face. Was priceless when I would say tomorrow. Her response was yuh never have it yet .lol this woman is. And amazing woman may god bless her soul. He has called home one of his children and I know she's happy looking down on her kids and grand kids smiling. Mommy Denise was a true Angel she always willing to help.... i can still her voice every time i walk into the house asking if I'm alright and hows everything... I'm going to miss the crazy night wen she would dance in the living room and smile and enjoy herself.... although shes in a better place she will true be missed and God is reunited with one of his angels.

It's so unreal and hard to believe, when I wake up looking for you and your not here in your room its hurts to know I can't call you. Seeing Bambino walk around calling out "Mama" hurts, knowing he's wondering when will I see Mama again. A Mother Lost and a bestfriend missing but you prepared me for this day, and today i will hold my head high and be strong and loving like you taught me to be. My Queen, My Mother and my Bestfriend, you are now gone physically but not spiritually or mentally and for that I will hold you close to my heart and think of you day and night and night and day.
